At Big River Breads we believe Great Breads lay down som of life’s great bass notes. To this end, we have created a variety of hand-formed, hearth-baked rustic artisan breads, cookies, pastries and biscotti. We use simple, quality ingredients with no preservatives, and bake all of our breads on hot stone decks in our steam injected oven imported from Europe. As active members of our community, we care about what goes into our baked goods, and about the impact our buying decisions make locally. We use all Natural, preservative-free, quality ingredients available in the Willamette Valley.
